Pepper and Mustard
The heat of the fresh cracked pepper and the tang of the brown, yellow and black mustard seeds make this cheese sing! This is Jeff’s personal favorite- great on a burger or in a roast beef sandwich! How about topping your next Philly Steak sandwich with this one!
Herb and Garlic
Parsley, chives, stinging nettle, mustard and garlic makes this a fan favorite. One of our most popular flavours, this is a great cheese on its own, with crackers or on a panini!
Red Chili Pepper
A Gouda cheese with a zip! A nicely balanced heat with that sweet nutty Gouda flavour. A great topper on a pizza, nachos or in a grilled cheese!
Cumin
A traditional Dutch favorite- “cuminakass” or “spiced” cheese (whichever you call it)- it’s all good! Toasted Cumin seeds make this a tex-mex staple in your kitchen on nachos, chili or just on its own with a loaf of crusty bread!
